Slobs can Sponge Bathe

By default only Inappropriate sims can sponge bathe. That is stupid. Now slobs can, too.

    This is great, but can this action be available for more traits? Or is that too much work?

    Hum, why only slobs or inappropriate sims can sponge bath? Doesn't make much sense to me... To me, it makes more sense to have neat or neurotic sims use this option (when no shower or bath is available), while slobs would prefer to wait for a shower and stink rather than do this...
    Anyways, I think it would be a good option to have for all sims who like to go camping in WA, as an alternative to the shower in a can...
