The Basics (20x30 High Rise) REMOVED- See note

REMOVED. Apparently some of the shells in the Usable Shell pack are bugged. Apparently they potentially cause the blue lot glitch. Apparently it didn't occur to anybody that, maybe, they shouldn't be included in the pack. So this is now a useless waste of time. Fantastic!

This is a high rise with a crappy apartment in it for sims who are just starting out. It features a cluttered, tiny living area, and a public laundry room. Has all the basics- TV, book shelf, computer, stereo, fridge, stove, sink, tub, toilet, table, guitar. It comes with a Lemon, too, parked out back.

It costs 15,000 and requires nothing but Late Night.

I. LOVE. This. Lot.

I previously had a private school I titled "Hilly Heights" because I couldn't think of a name for it. Just pretend the kids who go there live in fancy places like this. This is a 40x30 high rise with two floors, one bedroom, and two bathrooms. It has a laundry room that could alternate as a kids room. It uses things from every expansion and HELS, but none but Late Night are absolutely necessary for it to function. I didn't catch the price, I'll update next time I play.

The entrance faces the opposite direction was the deck, so place it facing AWAY from whatever you want your sims to have a good view of.

FML

Compressorized my mods last night before bed. Game won't open today.

Guess what I'm redownloading? :D Everything!

Sunset Arms Apartments (30x30 High Rise) REMOVED- See Note. THIS FILE WAS REMOVED. IT IS GONE. YOU CANNOT DOWNLOAD IT ANYMORE.

An apartment building from the late 80s, this high rise has a vacant two-story apartment inside with a modern wood and granite theme. Affordable to start and with high ceilings that allow for second story expansion, this apartment is perfect for those moving from their home into the big city.

The bedroom is not shown since there's nothing in there, really (It's only 4x4). The apartment has two entrances, one from each floor. It costs just over 20k to buy, and is only 30x30 in size! There are two parking spots around the back. The way the apartment is built, the high ceilings can eventually be replaced with a second floor! This apartment DOES have a Trash Chute and a Mailbox, so neighbors will move in. There are 6 NPC doors.

I don't know for sure, but you may need the Useable Building Shells, Apart from that you just need Late Night.

Bridgeport Froggy Park

It's a little park! For the kids. I used it as an experiment to see how nice ponds could look if made using the fountain tool instead of the pond tool. Turns out they look great.

The froggy park (No fishing!) is a little park for the kids with a playground, benches for mom and dad, and a froggy pond for the kids to poke around in (Kids can't actually do anything with it, but man, I think it came out pretty nice looking). Unfortunately I couldn't figure out a way to get a frog spawner that actually showed frogs to work with the pond, so it's just 100% decorative, with no jumping frogs.

Very basic little lot. 20x15. I stuck mine in front of and to the left of the Municipal building, as shown. I'll probably add some trees around it.

Requires Late Night and Ambitions (For the fishing sign, but nothing else)
