Champs Les Pets Park

This is an updated version of the small park in the center of town in Champs Les Sims, for use with Twallan's Traveller mod or for Champs Les Sims base world. It adds various dog and cat equipment so your pets can anjoy the park too! It also makes the park significantly less hideous.

Requires World Adventures and Pets.

(Sorry to use 4shared, mediafire is not cooperating! All other downloads are still hosted on mediafire, though.)

Old Pier Water Park

A replacement for Old Pier Beach which turns it into a water park of sorts. Sleeping bags, a tree house, a small pool overlooking a water feature slip and slide so parents can watch their kids, and a fountain to play in!

WARNING: THOSE SHARKS ARE CHAIRS. SIMS WILL SIT IN THEM. IT WILL LOOK INAPPROPRIATE. NOT INTENTIONAL. <_<

Central Park And Playground (Generations)

Central Park, but with a proper playground. :D

Sunset Valley Official Office

I started a new Sunset Valley file and wanted to redesign it to be more modern and have more clubs, less of a suburb. So I started with City Hall, which I made into the all-in-one building from Late Night and placed on a 60x30 lot.

Not much to show, since it's a rabbit hole. Uses fountains and a Late Night rabbit hole/floors, everything else is base game. 60x30 lot, I stuck it where the Library and Police Station were. You have to delete the park if you want to put a new lot (in Edit World) there, though. (You can put it back later). It will fit on the original City Hall lot, but it'll be positioned oddly.

The Basics (20x30 High Rise) REMOVED- See note

REMOVED. Apparently some of the shells in the Usable Shell pack are bugged. Apparently they potentially cause the blue lot glitch. Apparently it didn't occur to anybody that, maybe, they shouldn't be included in the pack. So this is now a useless waste of time. Fantastic!

This is a high rise with a crappy apartment in it for sims who are just starting out. It features a cluttered, tiny living area, and a public laundry room. Has all the basics- TV, book shelf, computer, stereo, fridge, stove, sink, tub, toilet, table, guitar. It comes with a Lemon, too, parked out back.

It costs 15,000 and requires nothing but Late Night.

Hilly Heights High Rise (40x30 Apartment) REMOVED- See Note

I. LOVE. This. Lot.

I previously had a private school I titled "Hilly Heights" because I couldn't think of a name for it. Just pretend the kids who go there live in fancy places like this. This is a 40x30 high rise with two floors, one bedroom, and two bathrooms. It has a laundry room that could alternate as a kids room. It uses things from every expansion and HELS, but none but Late Night are absolutely necessary for it to function. I didn't catch the price, I'll update next time I play.

The entrance faces the opposite direction was the deck, so place it facing AWAY from whatever you want your sims to have a good view of.
