Fun With Ice Sculptures

Using debug commands, pretty much any object can be turned into one of the 4 sculpture types.

Including sims. When you Sculpturify a sim, their animation at that point in time is turned into a sculpture.

  1. I have a request! Is there anyway you can make simbots buy-able or soemthing? I really don't want to get the diamond and stuff.

  2. Those ice-Sims look really cool! I was wondering if there was any way of having your actual Sims look like that, rather than the statue. I think it would be 'cool' to have playable ice-Sims!! :)

  3. Ice is just a "material" type. Gems in game, for example, are the same as any other object- a soild mesh- but their "material" makes them appear transparent. Window panes are a material type- they're just flat solid blocks, but the material makes them transparent and semi-reflective. Same goes for mirrors.

It's not possible at the moment, but I would be surprised if it wasn't possible for some sort of mod to change the material of anything to anything else- leading ot gem sims, ice sims, rock sims, wood sims, etc.

  4. Hmmm... that's very interesting... Thanks so much for that explanation, Claeric. Since it seems that most objects can be sculptured, I'd like to try my hand at creating stone furniture for my cave-Sims. What was the debug commands you used to turn objects into ice? I'm guessing maybe that buydebug isn't it?; is testingcheatsenabled involved?

  5. No, it is the debug interactions, you need to enable them using an outside mod. I know awesomemod can do it, maybe supercomputer.

  6. Twallan provides a separate mod called DebugEnabler. That can enable EA's Debug commands the same as Awesomemod, but has a more user-friendly interface.

  10. Is there a way to edit it to have the "View" option like other sculptures?
