Not sure what compressorized means but if its about reducing the number of package files that the game has to parse at load up, then yes I've just done that. I got about 1GB of cc including my sims3.pack files into 20 package files which now makes the game load much quicker. It was a little fiddly but worth it. Sorry you had trouble :)
If you have Mozilla Firefox, you can use the application SkipScreen to skip over those stupid waiting limits. It's the easiest way, and it works flawlessly with Mediafire.

Yeah I did that once but compressorized EVERYTHING, sad times. Backing-up before hand would have been sensible.
