NPCs More Likely to Ask You to Move In

Makes AI sims ask YOU to move in WITH THEM more often. Some people don't even know this is possible. If your sim has a high relationship, a friend might ask them to move into their house. But the default chance of this is only 1%, and only 2% if the relationship is romantic. I've bumped it up to 50% and 100%. Don't worry, they'll only ask once every 3 days.

  1. i've played TS3 for years, but that happened ONLY ONCE to me. i thought it was sorta bug or error because since then it never happened again! wow that was 2%... i didn't know that lol

  2. Ohhh Yessss!!! Thank you!! I love it when sims ask you to move in, but its only happened once ever for me as well. A mod somewhere in the happy medium of 10-25% chance would be better but I will gratefully take this! Thank you!

    1. I don't think a lower chance would work well, because from what I can tell, there is *one* call for this every time you interact with that sim once every 3 days. So if you talk to that sim EVERY day, over the course of 15 days, there are 5 different "chances" for this to happen. If you make it 25%, you still run the risk of your sim going through an entire life state before the option even shows up.

Since it's an option, a high chance simply means you opt out whenever it shows up. That way, you never have to wait for it when you want it, and you can ignore it when you don't.

  3. Agree with Anon - a mod in the range of 10-25% chance would be perfect, but I'll take the 50/100% one over nothing. I've only had this happen once and then my game crashed, and the sim never asked again. Now I know why! Thanks bunches for making this :) x

    2. But if you decline the offer, you lose 20 relationship points. My sim has been asked twice already (in less than three days, I am pretty sure). I *love* this mod - I would much rather get asked than never see the option at all - it would just be cool if it was a bit more spontaneous I suppose. Is it easy for you to make a 15-25% chance version? (I don't have s3pe and have no idea how to use it! x_X) If so, that would be awesome. If not, I appreciate that you made this mod anyways! You're awesome. :)

  4. You sir are a gentleman and a scholar. I'd been meaning to find out where the script for this was hidden but I never got around to it. Thanks so much, this'll be very useful for moving out legacy spares with their partners.

And to those who'd like a middle ground version of this, you can simply edit the xml using s3pe, found here: http://www.den.simlogical.com/denforum/index.php?PHPSESSID=p364p5de93dsj8qjcb61lu81l1&topic=189.0

  6. Does this need to be updated for the 1.50 patch?
